At Hope Bridge, we advocate for change in the Ohio foster care system by mobilizing churches into action and equipping communities to serve. We are focusing our efforts in the areas of Prevention, Intervention, and Restoration.

At Hope Bridge, we want to surround foster, adoptive, and kinship families with support in their journey, encouragement to keep going, and connection to helpful resources.
We’re working to positively impact these outcomes by building a program designed to intentionally support and wraparound youth aging out of the foster care system.
