Empower U is a skill-based support group for single moms in our community. It’s purpose is to provide community, support, and encouragement – while also equipping you with new skills to better serve your family.
This month at Empower U, we’re focusing on something that matters deeply-women’s health.
As single moms, we often prioritize everyone else’s needs before our own. But your health—physical, mental, and emotional—is worth protecting, nurturing, and understanding. This session will give you practical tools, encouragement, and space to think about what it means to care for you.
As always, dinner and childcare are provided. Come be refreshed, supported, and reminded—you’re not in this alone.
